You agree NOT to use ONI18 to:
- Generate content depicting minors in any context
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
- Produce content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Create deepfakes intended to deceive or defraud
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Face Cloning Consent
By uploading photos for face cloning, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use those images
- The photos are of yourself or you have explicit consent from the person depicted
- You will not use the technology to impersonate others without consent
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using ONI18. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services. Our platform, technology, and branding remain our exclusive property.
7. Subscription and Payments
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or harmful activity
- Non-payment of fees
- At our sole discretion for any reason
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ONI18 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONI18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
