Generations can fail due to content policy violations, server issues, or network problems. Try rephrasing your prompt to be more general, or wait a moment and try again. If issues persist, contact support.

Face Cloning lets you create an AI model based on reference photos. Once trained, you can generate unlimited images with consistent facial features - perfect for content creators who need variety while maintaining their personal brand.

We recommend 5-10 high-quality photos for best results. Include variety: different angles (front, 3/4 view, side), expressions, and lighting conditions. Avoid group photos, heavy filters, or blurry images.

Model training typically takes 15-30 minutes. You'll receive a notification when your model is ready to use. Training time may vary based on server load.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Billing page. You'll keep access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You won't be able to generate new images until your credits reset next month or you upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing images and models are always accessible.

No, credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. We recommend using your credits before they reset to get the most value from your subscription.

Go to Settings > Security and enter your current password, then your new password twice. Click "Update Password" to save changes.

For security reasons, email changes require contacting support. Send us a message with your current email and the new email you'd like to use.

Go to Settings > Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". This action is permanent and will delete all your images, models, and data. Consider downloading your images first.
