ONI18 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on ONI18 infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our service
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email
5. Consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
6. Statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringer Policy

ONI18 will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track DMCA complaints and may suspend or terminate access for users who receive multiple valid complaints.

Good Faith Requirement

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI-generated content:

• Users are responsible for ensuring their prompts do not infringe on copyrights
• We prohibit generation of content that copies specific copyrighted works
• Users should not attempt to replicate trademarked characters or brands

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 business hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who uploaded the content
• Provide information about counter-notification procedures
