Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ONI18. This policy outlines when and how refunds are available.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• First-time subscriber: Request within 7 days of your first payment
• Technical issues: Our service was significantly unavailable (over 24 hours downtime)
• Billing error: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
• Fraudulent charge: An unauthorized person made the purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after the 7-day period
• Unused credits that have expired
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
• Partial months when downgrading or canceling
• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (we recommend using free credits first)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email billing@oni18.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email and reason for the request
3. We'll respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 days to appear

Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund is provided for the remaining days
• Your generated images remain accessible
• Face models are retained for 30 days after cancellation

Credits and Usage

Regarding credits:

• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us:

• Your account will be immediately suspended
• We will provide documentation to your bank
• Contact us first - we're usually able to resolve issues faster
